Harry's Shoes is pleased and proud to offer the finest quality brand name comfort footwear. Our policies are designed to be fair to our customers and meet their need to assure their comfort.

Harry's Shoes welcomes the following payment means:
MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express

(in a secure-server environment on the web to protect you!) or U.S. dollar money orders payable to Harry Shoes, sent by regular mail to the address in item #2 below..

  1. Harry's Shoes ships via Federal Express Home Delivery, insured service to anywhere in the continental United States address to which the FEDEX service delivers (no Post Office boxes). Our Fed Ex charges are Ground- 7.95, Second Day- 27.95, Next Day- $37.95. 
  2. Harry's Shoes will accept returns of unworn, re-saleable, regular price merchandise for exchange or refund, when received by us within fifteen (15) days of the original shipping date to you. Freight must be prepaid, and the merchandise in the original packaging materials. Return freight charges are not refundable for any reason other than a shipping error on our part.
  3. We will acknowledge your order via e-mail upon receipt. We will make every effort to ship your order within two to three business days from our stock. While we stock a significant inventory to support both our retail store and our Internet customers, occasionally stock conditions require us to Special Order or Back Order an item to fulfill your order. We therefore request that you allow approximately ten to fifteen business days for delivery of your orders. In most cases, this will not be necessary, but we do appreciate your patience. You may check the status of your order by clicking on Order Status from the Home Page. Receipt of a confirmation indicates only that your order has been received by us; it is NOT a guarantee of availability. Rarely items may be sold out in certain sizes as a result of prior sales. In the event that the item is unavailable you will be notified by email. If there is a shipping rate difference, we will notify you via e-mail prior to filling your order. ALL PRICES & AVAILABILITY SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
  4. In-Store pick-ups will be held for thirty days, after which someone from our staff will follow up with a call. 

Payment Policy
We will charge your credit card upon shipment of your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All international shipments must be paid for with American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover, US money order or with a certified check payable in US funds.

Return Policy
Harry's Shoes accepts returns of REGULAR PRICE (non-sale) merchandise in ORIGINAL, RESALABLE condition within 15 days of original ship date to you, when accompanied by the purchase receipt and in the original footwear packaging. Sale priced items are not returnable. Freight charges are not refundable.

Email Policy
We respect your online time and privacy. Harry's Shoes never releases your personal information or email address and it is always held private. We keep your email solely for the purpose of sending messages on our new arrivals, special events, sales and coupons.
