- Harry's Shoes ships via either FedEx or the United States Postal Service to any of the continental United States address to which these services deliver (no Post Office boxes). Our delivery charges are as follows, for delivery in the contiguous 48 United States only:
- Continental U.S. Shipping Only: Ground shipments, regardless of size and weight are ALL $7.95. 2nd Day are all $27.95 and Next Day are all $37.95.
- For orders to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the U.S., please e-mail us at info@Harrys-Shoes.com, or call weekdays 10 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. Eastern Time at 212-874-2035 and ask for our Website Customer Service.
- Harry's Shoes will accept returns of online purchase of unworn, re-saleable, regular price merchandise for exchange or refund, when received by us within fifteen (15) days of original shipping date to you. Merchandise with manufacturing defects will be replaced or refunded at our option. The merchandise should be returned in the original packaging materials. No freight charges are refundable for any reason other than a shipping error on our part.
- Our staff will acknowledge your order via e-mail upon receipt. We will make every effort to ship your order within two to three business days from our inventory. While we stock a significant amount of inventory to support both our retail store and our Internet customers, occasionally stock conditions require us to Special Order or Back Order an item to fulfill your order. Some of these may be shipped direct from the manufacturer. We therefore request that you allow approximately ten to fifteen days for delivery of your order. In most cases, this will not be necessary, but we do appreciate your patience. You may check the status of your order by clicking on Order Status from the Home Page. Back order delays are indicated to the best of our ability at the time of order. Receipt of a confirmation indicates only that your order has been received by us; it is NOT a guarantee of availability. Rarely items may be sold out in certain sizes as a result of prior sales. In the event that the item is unavailable you will be notified by email. If there is a shipping rate difference, we will notify you via e-mail prior to filling your order. ALL PRICES & AVAILABILITY ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
